Enclosed Patio aka my mom's outdoor room

Located in Sacramento Ca, the enclosed patio project was designed for Huguette Beaudoin (my mom). The patio must provide a save haven for my mom and her pets. Must be open to the outdoors and must allow access to the rest of the site.
